We have all heard the stories before of a couple of single mothers that get together and build a successful business as their children play at their feet or the young woman from Asia that comes to Australia (speaking little of the language) and who nurtures her business into a multi million dollar empire.

The best thing for us about attending these awards was the realisation that these inspiring people are generally just like us. Yes – even the battling farmers that now produce a line of erotic soaps got to where they are because they work hard, support each other and believe in what they do.

It was a big call to envision our business as it was three years ago, operating in the back room with just a phone, venturing into cyberspace and making an impact.
